Hey there! Stef here, welcoming you to my little corner of the internet. Buckle up and get ready for a wild ride through the twisted world of narcissism! See, I come from a family that practically had a narcissism subscription. It was like living in a real-life drama series, I tell you. And if that wasn’t enough, I’ve had not one, but TWO relationships with narcissists. Talk about a crash course in psychological warfare!

Today I’m in a happy marriage but I still see the dark head of narcissism lurking everywhere. I decided to make it a mission to study everything I possibly could about narcissism and marry that with my own experiences dealing with narcissists.

This website is my attempt at sharing my knowledge and my experience with you in the hope that you can learn from my mistakes and form what I have learnt and take the necessary steps to protect yourself from the narcissists in your life.
